This charming post-war cottage in Holland Park West received extensive renovations and structural alterations. The new building design includes a 22m2 ground floor extension adding two new bedrooms, and alterations to the existing bathroom and bedroom taking this 3 bedroom cottage to a five and a half bedroom two bathroom house.
The existing living, dining and kitchen spaces were very disconnected, removing walls and reconfiguring the space resulted in a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining, the addition of large sliding doors creating indoor/outdoor flow on to the existing rear deck. The existing entry was modified to incorporate a small study and additional storage.
